AllCoNet 2 Objectives

  • Improve the telecommunications infrastructure of Allegany County to bridge the digital divide
  • Form high-tech business incubators by providing bandwidth and educational services through the local colleges
  • Provide a smooth transition from the business incubators to the industrial parks
